Because it simplifies the process—mDiet manages the details so you don't have to. Your only responsibilities are following the meal plan and purchasing the outlined foods.
How do we determine what you should eat? You provide us with your personal information, and mDiet utilizes this data to generate an eating plan tailored specifically to your individual needs.
With mDiet, there’s no need to hire a nutritionist or personal trainer for guidance. It eliminates the requirement to count points or calories manually or analyze food labels for fat and protein content. Simply access the app on your phone or computer, and observe how your progress unfolds as you work toward your personal goals.
Operationally, once you log into your personalized profile, you can view your daily meal recommendations, generate a grocery list, log foods and physical activities, and monitor your calorie intake and expenditure. These numbers are compared against your predefined targets. Your cloud account allows seamless access via a web-based portal, ensuring all data is synchronized regardless of device—whether on your smartphone or through the online platform. This logged information is available for review and monitoring to help you stay aligned with your objectives.
You can enhance your goal tracking by integrating wearable devices such as Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple Watch (iOS only). By syncing these devices with your profile, mDiet automatically updates your step counts and calorie expenditures. To enable automatic synchronization with Apple Health, simply log into your profile, navigate to Settings > Optional, and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync.”
